For a first year pitcher in 10 U you are looking to break 40 consistently at the end of the first year with accuracy.  For second year the top pitchers go low 50's.  Others should be happy with low to mid 40's.  It is 35 feet with an 11 inch ball so look at two pitches fastball and change.  Biggest thing is placement.

The Davidson Storm (Thomasville, NC) 10-U is looking to fill 2 spots on our current roster for the fall season and next spring/summer season.
